At Eirlume Hair, we're committed to providing a seamless and elevated salon experience. Please take a moment to review our service policy before your appointment.

1. Pricing

  • Prices listed are starting prices and may vary based on hair length, thickness, and service required.
  • A consultation will be provided before your service to confirm the final price.
  • Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

2. Consultations

  • Every appointment includes a complimentary consultation.
  • Please inform your stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or previous chemical treatments.

3. Bookings & Deposits

  • Selected services require a deposit to secure your booking.
  • Deposits are non-refundable but transferable with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.

4. Cancellations

  • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee.

5. Service Adjustments

  • If you have any concerns, please contact us within 7 days.
  • Adjustments are at the stylist's discretion and are not applicable if the hair has been altered elsewhere.

6. Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds on completed services, packages, or promotional services.
  • Products may be exchanged within 12 hours if unopened.

7. Guests

  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • We kindly ask that only clients receiving services remain in the salon.

8. Punctuality

  • Please arrive on time.
  • A 10-minute grace period applies. Late arrivals may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled.

9. Photography

  • We may photograph or film completed services for our social media.
  • If you prefer not to be featured, simply let your stylist know before your appointment.
