EIRLUME HAIR - SERVICE POLICY
At Eirlume Hair, we're committed to providing a seamless and elevated salon experience. Please take a moment to review our service policy before your appointment.
1. Pricing
- Prices listed are starting prices and may vary based on hair length, thickness, and service required.
- A consultation will be provided before your service to confirm the final price.
- Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
2. Consultations
- Every appointment includes a complimentary consultation.
- Please inform your stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or previous chemical treatments.
3. Bookings & Deposits
- Selected services require a deposit to secure your booking.
- Deposits are non-refundable but transferable with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.
4. Cancellations
- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee.
5. Service Adjustments
- If you have any concerns, please contact us within 7 days.
- Adjustments are at the stylist's discretion and are not applicable if the hair has been altered elsewhere.
6. Refunds
- We do not offer refunds on completed services, packages, or promotional services.
- Products may be exchanged within 12 hours if unopened.
7. Guests
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- We kindly ask that only clients receiving services remain in the salon.
8. Punctuality
- Please arrive on time.
- A 10-minute grace period applies. Late arrivals may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled.
9. Photography
- We may photograph or film completed services for our social media.
- If you prefer not to be featured, simply let your stylist know before your appointment.
